Latex Pet (on Set)

Last weekend I went to a 30th birthday celebration. I knew no-one except for the host, who works with me (but that’s okay – I’m used to going into places where I know not one single person). It was pretty fun – it was held at a pub which had a mechanical bull, and I made conversation with a fair few people.

But my night was made when a woman came up to me at the bar as I was ordering a drink and asked, somewhat shyly, if I’d been on television recently? I replied in the affirmative. Yes – she’d seen me on Wero!

Wero on Set

It’s been a couple of weeks now, but I’m still thrilled at how well my first appearance on television went!

Wickedly Wero

It was really exciting getting prepared to be filmed for television – and part of the excitement was figuring out what to wear!

Generally, for me, when it comes to picking out my clothes it’s not such a big deal. I like to show off the cleavage and the curves, but mostly I’ll let it go at that. That said, I really did want to make a good impression! Thus, a bit of a panic, and a strong need to have options as well.

Naked and famous

Everybody wants to be naked and famous … and while I was (partially) clothed and Hylas was wrapped in latex, the claim stands. Doesn’t everybody want to be naked and famous? Probably not. But I do!

Last night we made our television début on Maori Television, on the show Wero. Wero is a great local show about gay, lesbian, bi and trans communities; and full of interviews, education, and a lot of pretty as well!
