Four times around the curves

Curvaceous Dee, the blog, is officially four years old today – which pleases me no end!

On January 1st 2006 I sat down and set up a blog on blogspot, with a basic template and no pretty header (that got fixed, and I loved the one I used for the next three years). Once I’d started I had no intention of stopping! With the exception of a three-month pause at the beginning of 2007, I just kept on writing, and photographing, and posting. And you all kept reading, and commenting. You enablers you!

So here we are, four years down the track. In my third post (the first two posts were raunchy, of course) I wrote:

The yearnings and desires, hot flushes of desperate need when being flogged, damp thighs when I think of being fucked – they’re sometimes little too TMI for my friends. Hence – Curvaceous Dee.

That’s changed a little – nearly all my friends (and colleagues, and random strangers) are aware of my site, and my writing. While ‘Dee’ was originally the side of me that the majority of people people didn’t get to see, it’s become more and more an every-day part of who I am. Not that I’m all about the sex. But it’s a lot!

Each year I celebrate my blogaversary with a cake. Year one, it was scratched onto my belly by Adonis. Year two, and he and Medea got creative with the liquid latex, painting a cake onto me. By this time last year I wanted to focus on safe sex and play, so we played with condom packets, antiseptic, and lube – of which there are no shortage of any in this household!

This year I got extreme. Well, it’s an extreme cake, anyway. Kiana came up with the idea, and the lovely FloatingMischeif agreed to make me a cake with needles. *winces* It came out great! FM did the poking, Kiana took most of the photos, and Hylas provided the lounge floor, the candles, my water-bottle, and generally pushed his own limits just being around it. And we came out with an amazing cake!

So to celebrate four years, we have four varieties of cake. Try them, enjoy them:

Just in case anyone wasn’t sure how many years this was celebrating, MS proceeding to scratch the number into my back. And I loved it …

Finally, we get into burlesque territory with big red feathers. Which are also great for tickling purposes. Unfortunately!
