Surprise
She liked surprising him. A toy; a newly-learned maneuver; an eventful journey. This surprise was different.
She waited abed, clad in underwear and a smile. When he arrived he smiled then kissed her, appreciative of her attire.
“Did you want something, my love?”
“Oh, I do.” Her eyes gleamed, knowingly. “Hang up your coat, then join me.”
His coat was held protectively in one arm, and she watched intently as opened the closet. She did so hope he’d like what he found within!
His sharp intake of breath was just as she’d hoped. Not to mention the expressions of embarrassment, lust, and joy slipping across the countenance of her surprise, as she stepped into the light.
She liked surprises. What better than one for them both?
