How could I possibly not take a test that promises to tell me how promiscuous I am? Especially when it’s a) really simple, and b) really easy to understand? Win!

Over at BigThink, I took the online test. And, funnily enough, came out as rather promiscuous. What really amused me, though, is that it suggested the country I would be most ‘at home’ in is Finland: the #1 most promiscuous country out of the 48 countries the study evaluated. Huh.

Let’s have a parade

This weekend is Auckland’s Erotica Expo, and today – as they do every year as part of the build-up  – it was the Boobs on Bikes parade. Lots of scantily-clad loveliness, gawkers, media interest, and (predictable) outrage.

I was planning to go and watch. How could I not, with Buck Angel, Nina Hartley, Dana Dearmond and my own lovely AmieWee participating? Unfortunately, a lack of energy (damned migraine) let me down and I spent the day at home instead.

Rubber riches

AKA Raunchy Review: Liberty Bodies Rubber Jewellery

Late last year I was looking for something I could give to Hylas that would symbolise our relationship. (That sounds terribly serious!) Mostly, I wanted something he could wear while we were together that wasn’t as unwieldy or obvious as the large rubber D-ringed collar that he owned.

So I was delighted to discover a neat company called Liberty Bodies, which had a rubber neckwire (in two sizes, no less). Subtle, simple, and rubbery – it was perfect!
