I’m a terrible gardener. I’m not so great at keeping indoor plants alive either, although there’s a Cyclamen on my kitchen windowsill that thinks I’m doing pretty okay.

Thankfully, being a bad gardener doesn’t stop me being given flowers from time to time! Hylas surprised me with this gorgeous rose for Valentine’s Day, and so I took the opportunity to get pictures with it before it faded away.

The weather was stunning on the 14th, so it was a good opportunity to run around in the back yard in very little clothing. Because I only do that on good-weather days!

Me, pleased to be given flowers? You better believe it – because I thought Hylas believed me when I told him that I don’t really do Valentine’s Day …

Roses were my favorite flower for a long time (I think I like sunflowers best now). Those are beautiful pictures.

First, i have to say it…you have the *absolutely loveliest* smile i’ve ever seen. Truly. It just transmits joy to me. Too bad you’re so far away coz i find myself just longing to kiss that sweet face!
