Liquid Latex

Posted on | February 3, 2008 | 19 Comments |

Liquid latex makes me feel alliterative. Luscious, lambent, luminous, lascivious – all excellent words to describe how I felt after my first experience with it.

Said experience came about because EdenFantasys sent me a giant pot of lurid blue latex to review. I didn’t want to try it out on my own though, so Adonis and Medea stepped lively and offered to spend a summer’s afternoon coating me with the stuff!

Medea was the official photographer for the afternoon, as well as helping Adonis to apply it to my skin. You’ve already seen one photo of the results, but this post includes all the rest, with commentary.

So, enjoy seeing the many pictures of Dee dressed in latex, then pop over to EdenFantasys and have a read of my review. Or vice-versa. And then (provided you’re not allergic) get your hands on some liquid latex and try it for yourself:)

Step One: Applying Latex

Sensibly, this was pre-tested on the back of my hand, to ensure I didn’t have a reaction to the latex. When it had dried and been removed (I had fun peeling it off myself – it was like pvc glue from school), it was time to get down to some serious experimentation!

We had decided to paint on a half-corset, covering my breasts, belly, and sides. I had some old knickers on as well – old so it didn’t matter if they got latex on them, knickers because it gave us a good line to stop at. Latex and hair are not-mixy things, and having my nipple hairs tweezed out was as much of a sacrifice as I was prepared to make. My pubic hair I wanted to stay right where it was!

Adonis took my left side, Medea took my right, and each took a silicone basting brush and blued me up! We discovered quite quickly that both had differing ideas about how far down my sides the blue should go, and a little evening-up was required. And I discovered that wet liquid latex is transferable, when I put down my arm and managed to acquire streaks on it – which could be peeled off. Fun!

In fact, fun was pretty much the best way to describe application of the liquid latex. For my part, I was able to lay there and have lovely sensations across my skin – from cool slippery liquid dribbling places, to the feel of the bristles across my nipples. They, on the other hand, had the pleasure of what felt like applying wet paint to a willing victim, and seeing my reactions to what they were doing. You’d never know that they had sadistic streaks, would you?

Adonis decided that my ‘corset’ needed a ‘seam’ before it dried. Holding the bristles of his brush edge-on, he drew a line right down the middle of the still-drying latex. He wasn’t very satisfied with it, but I thought it looked marvellous when I saw it later. Although it tickled!

Step Two: Drying

Once the latex had dried enough, I was allowed to get up and go see how it looked in the big mirror (crossing, latex-coated, from the lounge, past the open back door, and into the bathroom. Hooray for a little exhibitionism). It was great to see this from a standing position, as my previous views had all been via head-craning, to look down at my boobs and belly.

My left nipple had decided to revert inwards during the painting process, and so had not dried, instead remaining a bright blue pool of latex – and then, as my nipple came out to play, a bright-blue poker. This amused everyone, but most of all me.

Looking at the streaks, it was obvious that the latex wasn’t completely dry yet. It was, however, finger-touch dry, and the colour was deepening noticeably. When I returned to lying on my fit-for-a-guinea-pig mat of tarpaulin and towels (it was actually very comfortable) on the lounge floor, we knew it was going to take a wee bit longer, so I lay about and we all nattered, rehydrated, teased, waited, and photographed.

It did indeed take some time for the latex to dry completely – about 20 minutes – and there were areas on my torso that haddefinitely received more latex than others. Due to using bristle-brushes rather than foam brushes, it was drying in a lovely streaky effect that we all liked. That said, it didn’t look anything like latex clothing that you see, and didn’t feel like it either –it felt a little tacky, and a lot rubbery (in addition to smelling like balloons, it felt like balloons do too).

We did figure out, though, that for wearing ‘out’, the latex required application of either powder or spray to ‘set it’ and make it smooth. Not having those, we just decided to continue with our experiment, and remove it all.

Step Three: Removing

And this was so much fun! Medea and Adonis did most of the removing, taking great delight in loosening long strings of it, twisting them, and then snapping me with them – they marked well. They also seemed most amused by my wriggling as they detached the latex from my flesh – again, it tickled! I can also see why any hairs would have gone with it. The latex, loosened, felt and looked like wrinkled deflated balloons, but remained very stretchy. This led to fun experiments, pulling the rags of latex back up over my boobs and watching them snap back. *sigh* Those wacky tops!

Despite coming loose quite easily, the latex was very strong and difficult to rip. Both Adonis and Medea had fun making puppet hands through the latex, and seeing it mold around their nails, fingers, and knuckles.

The biggest advantage of this was that the latex was slowly coming free in one big sheet, rather than ripping into little pieces. And having people working from each end meant that it was slowly coming to a final point of attachment by my navel. As you can see here, I managed to snap a picture from my vantage point just as the last piece was snapping free!

Step Four: Clean Up

What do you do with a big piece of blue latex? Why, you play with it, of course! Stretching it out, laying it down like a wrinkly ocean, teasing my flesh with heavy ropes of it.

And what do you do with a dry shower brush? You curry your guinea-pig clean, so you can do it all over again …

You know what? I really want to do that again! It was such fun to be the test subject, and my feedback from Adonis and Medea is that they a) enjoying tweezing me, b) enjoyed applying wet latex to me, c) enjoyed photographing me, d) enjoyed de-latexing me, and e) enjoying tormenting me. So I count that a win on all sides :)

And now you get to enjoy the results at well. At least, I hope you enjoyed the results? Feedback is much appreciated, dear readers. What did you think? You want to try this for yourself? Or would you rather I try it some more, and let you know how it goes? Because I can do that…

While I prefer real latex on my skin, the latex paint feels great as well, and is so much fun to play with! As a 24/7 submissive I have latex on A LOT, and Master sometimes switches things up a bit by applying liquid latex to me as opposed to real latex

latex is so much fun. I’m impressed you got it off in one large sheet. Did you lotion your skin first? I’ve used latex paint, but I’ve never gotten it to come off in a piece that large. Makes me curious to try their stuff.

Jersey – it’s always a pleasure to have a new reader! You’re welcome to comment on older posts if you like, as the comments come through to me automatically.

Cake – I can emapthise with you about your allergy, as Aphrodite is allergic as well.

SlaveDuties – I’ve never had the pleasure of real latex clothing. Liquid is the closest I’ve gotten!

Musns – what made it a good review, in your opinion? I mean, I’m delighted you think so, but I like to know what I’ve done right :)

Jocasta – yes, we did lotion thoroughly first, just before applying the latex. I think that’s probably what made the difference.

HisGirl – it wasn’t as messy as we anticipated, actually. Although the potential was certainly there.
